2. Services Description

Cybersync Technologies Private Limited provides web development, mobile app development, and digital transformation services. The specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

90% Money-Back Guarantee Policy (MVP Plans Only)

Important: The 90% money-back guarantee is available exclusively for our 7-Day MVP plan. This guarantee does not apply to custom projects or hourly-rate based work.

For MVP plans, we stand behind our commitment to deliver quality services. If we fail to complete the agreed-upon deliverables as specified in the MVP scope, you are eligible for a 90% refund of the project cost, subject to the following conditions:

The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the project's agreed completion date
The MVP requirements and specifications must have remained unchanged from the initial agreement
All necessary project materials and access must have been provided as requested
Regular communication and feedback must have been maintained throughout the project
The project must qualify for our standard 7-Day MVP package (fixed price available on eligibility check)

The 10% retained covers administrative costs and preliminary work completed.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
Review and provide feedback on deliverables
Pay agreed-upon fees according to the payment schedule
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

5. Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on fixed hourly rates depending on project requirements. Projects are billed for the entire project based on estimated hours and the agreed hourly rate. Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Typically, we require:

50% upfront payment to commence work
25% at project midpoint
25% upon project completion

Fixed Price Option: For our standard 7-Day MVP package, a fixed price is available only if your project requirements match our standard MVP scope exactly. If your needs differ, we'll provide a custom quote based on our hourly rates.

Long-Term Support: Ongoing support and maintenance services are billed at hourly rates depending on project requirements. Please contact us for current support pricing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables. However, we retain ownership of:

Pre-existing materials and tools
Generic components that can be reused
Development frameworks and libraries

7. Project Timeline and Delays

While we strive to meet all project deadlines, delays may occur due to:

Changes in project scope
Delayed client feedback or materials
Technical complications
Force majeure events

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of termination:

You will be billed for work completed up to the termination date
All materials and access must be returned
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

9. Limitation of Liability

Cybersync Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India, under Indian law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
